Startup Nation Stairwell - Birmingham, Michigan

It all started when …

Wetiko was commissioned to brighten up the stairwell of Startup Nation. This would be the first space employees and clients would see upon entering the building. Jeff Sloan, the CEO of Startup Nation, wanted an inspiring yet urban feel. Using words like "Build," "Reach," and "Dream.” Wetiko coated the stairwell with graffiti-style “burners” (impactful designs using spray paint), color washes, and pattern overlays to give the impression that several artists had contributed their own unique styles over the years. The result was a vibrant, uplifting ascent to the Startup Nation office space.
