Years of Graffiti Being Covered with a Data Stream
A private client reached out to Wetiko from Santa Monica, California to create a unique piece for their space. The idea was really three murals in one. The first mural was designed as a throw back to Santa Monica’s skateboard culture with some MTV references, including its iconic Moon Man. The second mural represents “years” of graffiti artists tagging over the original painting.. The final mural brings in a particle, or “Data Wave,” on top of everything.
